Lodge Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and providing exceptional customer service to our Home Owners.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service, with a focus on providing a happy and fulfilling lifestyle for our residents. You will be an accomplished administrator, with experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of the property, co-ordinating events, and providing a first-class service to our Home Owners. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site, liaising with a range of customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
This is a rewarding role that requires a high level of social interaction, with a focus on providing a positive experience for our residents. You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative, and will have the ability to work calmly under pressure.
