We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our retirement development, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all aspects of the development are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Provide a first-class service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Organise and coordinate activities and events for our residents, ensuring that they have a fulfilling and enjoyable lifestyle.
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
- Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring that the development is safe and secure for our residents.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, including residents, contractors, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols, with the ability to conduct regular checks and ensure compliance.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our residents.
