About the RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment, helping students achieve their full potential and fostering their independence. You will work closely with children who require additional support, providing one-to-one and small group support under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO.
- Support individual children with SEN on a one-to-one basis as well as within small groups.
- Assist the teacher in planning and implementing tailored learning activities.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
