Teaching Assistant for Children with SEN

An opportunity has arisen for a committed Teaching Assistant for Children with SEN to join our Step Teachers team. As a Nursery SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively.
You will work closely with classroom teachers to plan and deliver differentiated lessons, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Prior experience as a Nursery SEN Teaching Assistant is highly valuable. Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or special needs support are also desirable.
Salary: £24,500 - £33,500 per annum (based on 39 weeks work), dependent on experience.
