Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined area
  • Deliver area KPIs aligned with business goals, working closely with the Regional Sales Manager to create a sales plan
  • Build a quality team capable of generating a lead pipeline and converting sales
  • Manage headcount to achieve targets within budget while exploring ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Cultivate a high-performing team through coaching and daily performance reviews to maximise sales potential
  • Effectively close sales via door-to-door selling
