About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized School Office Administrator to join our team at Blossom House School. This is a permanent, term-time plus 15 days working in school holidays position that offers a competitive salary of £25,408 to £29,103 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Summary

  • Provide administrative support to the school office team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and respond to emails.
  • Assist with First Aid duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and external members to ensure effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other systems as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • First Aid certification and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
