About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled School Receptionist to join our team at Teach360 in Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school team, including answering incoming calls, taking messages, and routing calls to the right personnel.
The ideal candidate will have experience using SIMS and prior experience working in a school setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is also essential. A friendly and approachable demeanor is required to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the school team, including answering incoming calls, taking messages, and routing calls to the right personnel
- Assist with tracking student attendance, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with teachers and administrators on absences
- Handle various administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing documents, managing mail, and maintaining student records
- Ensure school security by monitoring visitors and implementing sign-in procedures
