We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails to provide timely and effective customer service.
- Process orders with manufacturers and act as the main point of contact for customers.
- Chase orders and perform general administrative tasks to ensure seamless customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an order processing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Excellent organisation skills.
This is a full-time, fully office-based permanent position with a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000. You will work Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm and enjoy a range of benefits.
