Assistant Online Trading Manager – Personal Care

Salt is partnering with a leading personal care brand to drive their DTC transformation journey.

This role will see you work as the Assistant Online Trading Manager, reporting into the DTC Manager, within the Ecommerce Team.

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the online store, including merchandising, promotions, and sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem, with a strong analytical mindset.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing eCommerce strategy development and supporting the DTC manager in executing the trading strategy.
  • Conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats to the business.
  • Conducting A/B testing to optimize site performance.
  • Collaborating with wider teams, including supply chain and marketing.
  • Helping to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

Experience with Shopify is preferred.
