Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £12-£13 per hour (weekdays) and £12.50-£14 per hour (weekends), plus 28p mileage, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for various benefits and allowances.
Job Description
As a Homecare Professional with us, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them with daily tasks, personal care, and medication management. Your compassion, empathy, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families will be essential in delivering excellent care outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to be resilient, patient, and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team. While previous social care experience is not necessary, we welcome applicants who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support.
