About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our dynamic B2B Campaigns team as a Telesales Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enhancing client experiences through innovative digital marketing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities

  • Reach out to our valued clients to promote AL products and services through targeted campaigns.
  • Forge meaningful connections with clients to drive success and growth.
  • Work closely with our sales team to generate leads and appointments.
  • Maintain detailed notes on our CRM tool to support key performance reporting.
  • Ensure data hygiene in our CRM tool for all clients engaged with.
  • Stay up-to-date on company developments and AL products.
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Results-driven approach with a proven track record of meeting telesales targets.
  • Ability to work through a high volume of daily client calls with sustained motivation.
  • Proactive and able to think on your feet.
  • Resilient with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
