VC Evidensia UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team in a senior position. As a Clinical Director, you will play a key role in shaping the business and supporting the Practice Manager and Head Nurse in their roles.

The Role

This is a blend of clinical and managerial responsibilities, where you will work closely with the Practice Manager and Head Nurse to support and mentor, while also undertaking a clinical role with consultations, surgery, and shaping the business.

You will be based between our three branches on a rota, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of the practice.

Rota Patterns

Our current Clinical Director rota is 4 full days with a day off during the week, and you would be part of the Saturday rota, which would be 1:4/5 Saturdays with a day in lieu.

We have no OOH or Bank holidays, which is great for a work-life balance. However, we are happy to discuss working patterns as we understand how important a good work-life balance is.

About the Practice

VC Evidensia UK is a first opinion, small animal veterinary group with three great sites based in Blackburn, Clayton-le-Moors & Whalley. We have all the usual equipment, including Ultrasound, Digital x-ray & in-house blood machine.
