As a key member of our respiratory directorate, you will play a vital role in supporting and developing our nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and delivering teaching packages, ensuring compliance with mandatory training, and supporting wards in embedding practice and developments required as part of the Nursing Assessment and Performance Framework process.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience at Band 6 level within respiratory, excellent teaching skills, and be an effective role model to all grades of staff. You will work closely with ward managers to identify training requirements and ensure the workforce is equipped to deliver safe care.
