We are currently seeking a Vocational Training Coordinator to join our team at Craven College. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for assessing learners' existing skills and experience, identifying their training needs, and agreeing relevant courses of action.

You will also be required to market, attract, and engage new employers, negotiate appropriate employment opportunities for potential candidates, and monitor existing employers and apprentices to ensure they are benefiting from our programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in vocational training, a passion for helping others, and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £26,500 - £27,200 per annum, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
