We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Residential Nursing Role in the UK, providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting the development of our care team.

We estimate that this role comes with a salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the resident experience.

You will need to be an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with excellent leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and support colleagues to deliver outstanding care. You should also have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality care, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
