Job Summary

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Lead Conveyancer to join their Residential Conveyancing team. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for leading complex conveyancing cases from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Managing a high-volume caseload of registered and unregistered properties
  • Coordinating with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction progression
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Identifying and resolving potential issues or conflicts that may arise during the conveyancing process

You will work closely with the team to maintain excellent client relationships and achieve outstanding results.

What We Offer
