About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at Pasta Evangelists. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to our teams across Head office, Cloud Kitchens, Production site, and Harrods.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and support managers with Employee Relations matters.
  • Conduct right to work checks for new starters and manage VISA expiration, ensuring compliance with immigration requirements.
  • Manage employee documentation, including contracts, legal documents, and personal information.
  • Support the updating of our HR systems with employee records and run annual performance review processes and engagement surveys.
  • Ensure new starter onboarding is completed and build and maintain internal people processes to create efficiencies.
  • Assist with the fortnightly and monthly payroll process when required and support important projects that benefit the wider business.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in HR in the hospitality industry.
  • CIPD level 3 qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Advanced level of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or G Suite.
  • Experience of using Planday or similar time and attendance systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to coach and motivate team members to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Huge attention to detail and a passion for working in a start-up environment.
