Job Title: Maintenance Operations Controller

Description:

easyJet's Engineering and Maintenance team is renowned for its innovative solutions. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to engage with all aspects of the airline's operation to deliver the highest standards of aircraft performance. You will play a part in delivering Europe's highest technical despatch reliability as recognised by Airbus.

As a Maintenance Operations Controller, your responsibilities include overseeing all operational maintenance activities to ensure continued airworthiness and safety management. You will utilize your technical expertise and industry experience to coordinate aircraft rescues and defect rectification to ensure prompt return to service and maximize aircraft availability.

You will be proficient in using aircraft maintenance documentation and computer-based reporting and recording systems.

  • At least 5 years of operational experience in a line/base maintenance environment with a recent maintenance control background.
  • Extensive experience with the Airbus A320 aircraft family.
  • Good understanding of maintenance schedules.
  • Willingness to be flexible.

Location & Hours of Work: This full-time permanent role will be based in Luton working 12-hour shifts Days and Nights. Shift pattern will be 5's & 4's on a 28-day rotating roster.
