Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanical Fitter to assist in the maintenance of their UK MFTS (RW) H135/H145 fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance inspections and repairs, ensuring the continued safe operation of the aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the accomplishment of maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by nominated Shift Supervisor or Certifying Engineer.
- Work to high standards to ensure the continued safe operation of the aircraft.
- Complete maintenance tasks, including airframe structure, power plant, mechanical and electrical systems, in accordance with written instructions laid down by OEM.
- Conduct off-aircraft mechanical, power plant, component and composite technical work in workshops as required.
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the aircraft Hangar, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship within Aircraft Maintenance.
- Experience of Base Maintenance.
- Experience of Flight Operations and Line Maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of engine and airframe systems.
Desirable Skills:
- Up-to-date knowledge of Flight/Airport Operations.
- Aircraft Line Maintenance.
- Aircraft Base Maintenance.
