As a key member of our Engineering & Maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our aircraft fleet. With a strong technical background and a UK Part 66 B1 License, you will be responsible for performing maintenance activities on our A320 and A320neo aircraft to industry-leading safety and technical standards.

Working under the guidance of Duty Engineers or Aircraft Maintenance Supervisors, you will carry out defect rectification and routine servicing using the latest tools and technology. Your technical knowledge of aircraft and hand skills will be essential in getting the job done efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a team player who is comfortable using aircraft maintenance documentation and computer-based reporting and recording systems. You will also need to have a working knowledge of health and safety legislation and be able to work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and overcome operational challenges.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive base salary, up to 20% bonus, and a range of benefits including up to 32 days annual leave, BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes, 7% pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, and a flexible benefits package.

This full-time role will be based in Gatwick, working either 10.75 hour shifts or 12 hour shifts, with occasional travel requirements to easyJet's headquarters or network locations.
