Business Development Manager - Home/Field-based

Competitive Salary: Up to £42,000 + Uncapped Bonus Potential

Brakes is a leading foodservice distributor with ambitious growth plans. We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Independent Sales Team, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with independent foodservice operators.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to onboard new clients and ensure seamless customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Commercial acumen and a proven track record in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
