HRA Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HRA Finance Business Partner to join our team at Kensington and Chelsea Council. As a key member of our finance team, you will provide high-level financial advice and support to our Directors, Assistant Directors, and Heads of Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial planning and budgeting expertise to support the development of our Medium-Term Financial Strategy (MTFS)
  • Close accounts process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
  • Monitor and forecast budgets, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Respond to information requests quickly and accurately, providing financial reports as required
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address financial issues, providing solutions and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Degree-educated or significant relevant experience
  • CCAB qualified
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and IT skills
  • Experience of working with substantial budgets
  • Experience of managing complex financial issues in an environment of change
  • Ability to challenge and question the way things are done
