Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Independent Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building relationships with independent players in the local food market, and delivering tailored solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality sales support to customers
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success. You will have a strong understanding of the foodservice industry and be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders. A great induction programme is in place to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
