About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our Outreach Team as an Administrative Assistant - Sexual Health. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our sexual health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Outreach Team, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of outreach programs, including training and awareness-raising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Communications Team to promote the service and engage with stakeholders.
  • Manage stock and supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  • Process test kits and maintain departmental databases.
  • Provide administrative support for outreach events, including setting up stalls and equipment.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting, including creating spreadsheets and databases.
Requirements
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or social services setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Knowledge of computer packages, including Microsoft Office and database management systems.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
