Medequip Connect seeks a dedicated Home Response Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will work a flexible 24/7 schedule, responding to alarm calls, and providing essential support to clients in their own homes.

About the Position:

  • Respond to alarm calls and assess clients' care and support needs
  • Manage referrals, equipment maintenance, and installation
  • Deliver last resort personal care when necessary
  • Promote the service in local communities

Your Profile:

  • You must have a responsible nature, flexibility, and a full UK driving license.
