Homebased Customer Support Specialist

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Japanese-speaking Travel Experience Advisor to enhance client satisfaction and deliver exceptional customer service. This is a rewarding opportunity to work from home on Sundays, with 50% extra payment for weekend working.
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving complex itinerary issues, managing customer support channels, and collaborating with teams to address customer experience concerns.
Responsibilities:- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex itinerary issues.
- Effective Communication: Engage with customers to improve their travel experiences.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work with operations and travel consultants to address and resolve customer experience issues.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a high level of emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese, preferably holding JLPT N2 or higher, or a TOEIC score of 900 or higher.
- Experience with and knowledge of traveling in Japan.
- Confident telephone manner in both English and Japanese.
