About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist with a passion for best-in-class customer service to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring our customers get the best experience from our platform.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Providing support & guidance to professionals across our customer base that use our platform.
  2. Helping customers navigate a variety of tools & features within our platform.
  3. Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our platform to diagnose software issues.
  4. Working closely with teams across the organisation in support of customers.
  5. Speaking directly with customers to ensure smooth resolution of support tickets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and a passion for the customer experience.
  • Techincal aptitude or familiarity with software concepts.
  • Experience in a help-desk environment would be an advantage.

We offer an estimated salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer an extensive range of benefits including time off, flexible working, and career development opportunities.
