We are currently looking for a Recovery Worker – Community Outreach to join our team at Waythrough. This is a permanent full-time role requiring the post-holder to work 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have an estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key responsibilities include inspiring and supporting individuals to lead their own recovery, developing personal support plans, and entering accurate case notes onto our IT system.
