About the Role

The Community Support Adviser will play a vital role in supporting individuals in recovery from substance addiction.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of dedication and compassion.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of addiction and recovery, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the Program Director to develop and implement programs and services
  • Provide support to peers, including locating resources and recovery pathways
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year
