**What We're Looking For**:
A solid understanding of drug and alcohol issues, with experience in criminal justice or related fields.

The ability to support individuals facing complex barriers to success with empathy and professionalism.

Knowledge of the Criminal Justice system and effective interventions for reducing drug-related crime.

Experience working collaboratively within Criminal Justice Partnerships.
