">About the Role">

We are seeking an experienced SEMH support worker to join our team in a primary school in Leeds. As a key member of the school's staff, you will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to provide individualised support to a child with SEMH needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide dedicated one-on-one support to the child, implementing personalised behaviour management strategies and interventions. You will also foster a positive and nurturing relationship with the child, offering emotional support, guidance, and encouragement.

In addition to providing direct support, you will collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualised support plans, ensuring the child's needs are met effectively. You will monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of support strategies, adjusting as necessary to facilitate the child's growth and success.
