Learning Assistant Role

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Teaching and Learning Support Position to join our team at Reeson Education. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with special educational needs.
- You will work closely with experienced teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Your responsibilities will include assisting with classroom management, preparing materials and resources, and providing feedback to students on their progress.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working as a teaching assistant or care worker, with a passion for working with children and young people. You must be comfortable with complex medical or learning needs and be able to provide a safe and supportive environment for our students.
Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive working environment, and excellent transport links.
