Regional HR Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in a regional role across the North of England, North Midlands, and Wales. This 12-month opportunity will provide a unique chance to work closely with union representatives, deliver HR support to line managers and employees, and act as a trusted partner to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with union representatives to build positive working relationships and work collaboratively.
  • Provide HR support to line managers and employees across various UK sites.
  • Advise senior management on people-related matters and provide strategic guidance.
  • Identify and implement new ideas to drive improvement using reports and information.
  • Use data to inform decisions and build a better picture of areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and review HR policies, updating them as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience at a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner level within a multi-site business.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your caseload, working closely with the wider team.
  • Experience with complex HR cases, working proactively towards effective resolutions.
  • Clear and adaptable communication style to liaise with people at all levels across the organisation.
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.

This is a hybrid role with approximately 3 days on site and 2 days remotely, with office-based meetings once per month in South Yorkshire. We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate their ability to work effectively in a regional role and make a positive impact on our organisation.
