About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a key member of our Employment team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal advice to businesses and individuals across various employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior associates and partners on cases, while managing own matters under supervision
  • Deliver high-quality, commercial advice to businesses and individuals
  • Handle a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
  • Review and draft employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements, and policies and procedures
  • Assist on Employment Tribunal cases, including drafting ET1s, ET3s, List of Issues, and correspondence with the Tribunal
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay up to date with law and practice developments
Requirements
  • Strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree classification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage own caseload and assist others in the Employment team
  • Financial housekeeping
  • Conduct client meetings both in person and remotely
