About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team at Law Staff Legal Recruitment Ltd. As an Employment Law Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice to businesses and individuals on employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior associates and partners on cases, while managing own matters under supervision
  • Deliver high-quality, commercial advice to businesses and individuals
  • Handle a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
  • Review and draft employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements, and policies and procedures
  • Assist on Employment Tribunal cases, including drafting ET1s, ET3s, List of Issues, and correspondence with the Tribunal
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Stay up to date with law and practice developments
Requirements
  • Strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree classification
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage own caseload and assist others in the Employment team
  • Financial housekeeping
  • Conduct client meetings both in person and remotely
