About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a key member of our Employment team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal advice to businesses and individuals across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist senior associates and partners on cases, while managing own matters under supervision
  2. Deliver commercial advice to businesses and individuals
  3. Handle a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
  4. Review and draft employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements, and policies and procedures
  5. Assist on Employment Tribunal cases, including drafting ET1s, ET3s, List of Issues, and correspondence with the Tribunal
  6. Develop strong client relationships
  7. Hold a strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree classification
Desirable Experience
  1. Support corporate transactions, including TUPE
  2. Advising on and enforcing post-termination restrictions
  3. Experience advising clients from various sectors
  4. Business development, including networking
  5. Presentation skills
