About the Firm:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist senior associates and partners on cases, while managing own matters under supervision
  2. Deliver high-quality, commercial advice to businesses and individuals
  3. Handle a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work
  4. Review and draft employment contracts, service agreements, settlement agreements, and policies and procedures
  5. Assist on Employment Tribunal cases, including drafting ET1s, ET3s, List of Issues, and correspondence with the Tribunal
  6. Develop strong client relationship management skills
  7. Hold a strong academic background, with a minimum 2:1 degree classification
Desirable Skills:
  1. Support corporate transactions, including TUPE
  2. Advise on and enforce post-termination restrictions
  3. Experience advising clients from various sectors
  4. Business development, including networking
  5. Presentation skills
