About the Role

CSS Recycling Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our team. As a Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date data records, including data entry, retrieval, and manipulation.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, including monthly, weekly, quarter-end, and yearly reports.
  • Liaise with Yard Managers, Line Supervisors, and Accounts Department to gather data information.
  • Complete Hazard Waste Documents for our customers.
  • Monitor that jobs are processed, and outturns are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Assist with daily office operations and ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
  • GCSE Maths and English minimum.
  • Excel, Microsoft, database applications, and spreadsheet skills.
  • 1 year minimum in an office environment.
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • Good working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge and previous use of SAP database application system would be an advantage.
  • Experience with data entry, retrieval, and manipulation, accuracy, and attention to detail is essential.
  • Experience of working in regulatory environments/compliance, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Displaying effective communication both orally and in writing.
  • Must have the ability to multitask, working on your own initiative with minimal supervision and having a conscientious and thorough approach to work.
  • Have a flexible approach to work, punctual, polite, and display a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities, working alone or as part of a team.
