Job Description

This role will support and collaborate with the People Coordinators, Advisors, and Business Partners with varied administrative tasks across the entire employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

  • Contractual documentation and maintenance of the HR system
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Data processing and analysis
  • Supporting the HR team in a fast-paced and growing business

The ideal candidate will be confident in building and maintaining relationships, both over the phone and face-to-face. They will also be competent in using Microsoft Office 365 suite and able to learn and use in-house HR systems.
