Internal Sales and Project Management Role

As a key member of our sales and service office, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and sales growth.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and provide insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in internal sales, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, with a background in engineering, mechanical, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
