Newcastle University offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum for the role of Public Health Research Project Manager.

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to join our team and oversee a portfolio of projects in partnership with local government authorities. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive project management, working closely with colleagues in local government and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of public health research and governance. They will be responsible for developing an understanding of public health research and ethics outside the NHS and managing a range of projects to support the development of guidance, toolkits, and resources.

The job requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be able to identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them.
