Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and compassionate THERAPEUTIC EDUCATOR to join our therapeutic teaching team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting students with SEMH needs, helping them overcome challenges and build bright futures.

About the Role:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students while catering to their individual needs.
- Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages students' personal and academic growth.
- Work collaboratively with therapists and other staff to support students' holistic development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, celebrating achievements and identifying areas for development.

About You:
You are an educator with a passion for making a difference and supporting students with SEMH needs. Your qualifications include:
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) with experience or an interest in working with SEMH learners.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and resilience in managing challenging situations.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive, inspiring, and supportive learning environment.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit.
