As a Learning Support Assistant at Family Care Group, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with their education and individual needs. Our special needs school in Telford provides a tailored therapeutic learning environment that caters for up to 15 pupils with EHC plans. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Learning Support Assistant to join our close-knit and dedicated team.

About the Role
- Provide individualised support to pupils with SEMH needs
- Work closely with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualised support plans
- Facilitate pupil growth and development through creative and engaging activities

Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with their education and individual needs
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualised support plans

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
- Background in education or a related field (desirable)
