Job Title:

Trade Sales Manager

Role Overview:

We are partnering with a leading manufacturer in the bathroom sector to fill this exciting opportunity for a Trade Sales Manager.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in trade or merchant sales, ideally in an Area / Regional or Business Development sales role selling into Independent and National Merchants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all existing & new accounts within the North West region including postcodes FY, PR, BB, HX, HD, OL, BL, WN, M, L, WA, SK, SW, ST, TF, CH, LL
  • Drive over-the-counter sales growth across national and independent merchants by developing and executing targeted account plans
  • Rollout showroom displays to boost brand presence and revenue through strategic planning and execution
  • Manage and grow project-related sales by identifying and targeting specification and value-engineering opportunities
  • Build strong customer relationships, tailoring account plans to meet specific needs and preferences
  • Provide in-branch training for merchants and installers to enhance product knowledge and drive sales
  • Support national and regional trade events to enhance engagement and build brand awareness
  • Negotiate stock deals & promotions to drive sales growth and increase revenue
  • Plan and deliver on budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and management
