We are seeking an exceptional Prison Education Standards Coordinator to spearhead quality improvement initiatives in our prison education settings. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for inmates.

About the Role
  • Establish and maintain high-quality standards across multiple sites
  • Cultivate partnerships with external inspection bodies to ensure compliance

This remote-based position comes with an estimated annual salary of approximately £36,000. Regular site visits will take you to prisons in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, and the North-East Midlands.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Enhance quality practices through strategic interventions
  2. Build relationships with key stakeholders to advance quality objectives
  3. Analyze data to inform quality decisions

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in quality assurance, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. They must be able to work effectively with diverse groups, such as delivery teams and external inspectors, to drive quality improvements.
