Job Description

We are seeking a Delivery Standards Lead to join our team at Recruited UK. As a Delivery Standards Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that delivery teams meet quality standards and external accreditation requirements.

This is a remote-based role with regular site visits to prisons. You will need to have a strong track record of delivering high-quality services and a deep understanding of quality standards and external accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead on the development and implementation of quality standards across multiple sites
  • To work closely with delivery teams to ensure they meet quality standards and external accreditation requirements
  • To identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of working in a quality assurance or inspection role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills, with attention to detail
  • Experience of working with external inspection bodies such as Ofsted and Matrix

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
