We are recruiting for a highly skilled Senior Teaching Standards Specialist to work with KM Education Recruitment Ltd, a leading recruiter in the Skills & Employability sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards that drive excellence in teaching and learning. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance teaching practices and raise standards.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring support to teaching staff to improve their teaching skills and subject knowledge.
  • Collaborating with the Education Management team to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with Education Managers to ensure seamless implementation of quality standards.
  • Analyzing data and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and have experience in education leadership or management. The salary for this role is approximately £37,000-£39,000 per annum, depending on experience.
