Job Description:

As a Teaching Assistant at our specialist school, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational progress of our students. You will work closely with the Class Teacher to provide tailored support to each pupil, helping them to overcome barriers to learning. Your duties will include developing and delivering personalized learning plans, assisting with daily routines and transitions, and promoting positive behaviour management. You will also support the Class Teacher with the day-to-day running of the class, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver personalized learning plans to support the educational progress of students
• Assist with daily routines and transitions, promoting positive behaviour management

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of students
