Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Lancaster. As a Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments in a professional manner
  • Answer and transfer phone calls efficiently
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post with care
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area at all times
  • Provide administrative support as needed to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
