Efficiency and Accuracy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced payroll coordinator to join our team at Premier Recruitment Group Limited.
As a key member of our payroll operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of payroll cycles.
You will work closely with the payroll manager and registrations team to foster efficient processes and streamlined communication.
Responsibilities:
- Import and manage CSV files in the Merit Software payroll system to ensure precision and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the payroll manager and registrations team to support smooth payroll cycles.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage a busy inbox with ease.
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for payroll inquiries.
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies and simplify complex payroll concepts for employees and clients.
- Apply strong Excel skills for data management and in-depth analysis.
- Handle the end-to-end payroll process, from generating trials and journals to creating BACS payment schedules.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with previous payroll experience and a solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processing.
Familiarity with umbrella companies is a plus, but not required.
Able to travel independently due to office location.
